Often when we juggle multiple things in our lives, we leave ourselves to the last on the list.
Yet we know the reality is, if we made sure we did some stuff just for us - we would have more energy, do more and be happier (not only for ourselves but also for our partners, family, friends, workmates. We don't get any rewards from not looking after ourselves, and often we are not better for it either. So this is a great area for us all to share our little secrets of what we each do for ourselves...
Trial some - find the ones you want to do regularly and put them up on the priority list - do it for 1 month, and see what the result is. I reckon you will be supprised and so much more happier for it
